more presta trouble!

Now after updating prestashop from 1.6.0.5 to 1.6.0.9 the javascript has stopped working.

After some digguing I found the magic to be in back office-->advanced parms-->Move JavaScript to End. This parameter has to be turned ON for the javascript to load in Front Office. if it isn't, well... nothing happens...
